AT ANY POINT, WILL THE BAR OWNER BE CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE?
As long as you are an Inteliworx/Bevinco customer, this is a free service.

CAN I TURN THE MEDIA SYSTEM OFF TO WATCH TELEVISION IN FULL SCREEN?
Absolutely! Please refer to the Client Support Page (link) for details on how this is done.

I’VE HEARD IMAGES WITHOUT MOVEMENT CAN CASUE DAMAGE TO MY TV’S, IS THIS TRUE AND IF SO, HOW DO YOU REMEDY THIS ISSUE?
This is true. Static or non-moving images can cause “screen burn in” which essentially leaves a “shadow or ghosting” of the image that was still long enough to leave an imprint. To counter this, Bevinco Media flips or reverses the layout every couple hours. This ensures all sides of the TV are producing moving images, at several different times, throughout the day.

Reversing the layout ensures that a “static” or “non-moving” images do not reside in a single spot for an excessive amount of time, therefore reducing the potential for damage.

HOW CAN I GET STARTED?
1.) Speak with your on-promise BarEx Beverage Solution contract wand let them know your interest.
2.) Fill out the BAREX media hardware survey.
3.) Fill out the BAREX media agreement.

ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTS?

WILL THE EQUIPMENT BE OWNED BY THE BAR AND IF WE STOP USING THE INTELIWORX/BEVINCO SERVICE, WHAT HAPPENS?
Yes, as long as they are a Bevinco client. IF an InteliWorx/Bevinco client cancels their Bevinco auditing service, then the BarEx media kiosk would have to be purchased.

DOES THE SYSTEM HAVE TO PLAY ON ALL OF MY TELEVISIONS? ….CAN I SELECT WHICH ONES DO AND DO NOT HAVE THIS DISPLAYER RUNNING?
The BarEx media system can be setup to only play on selected sets. Additionally, these sets can be tuned to regular “full screen” television, simply by changing the TV’s video input.

CAN THE BAREX MEDIA SERVICE BE INSTALLED AT A SECOND LOCATION?

Yes, the media can be installed at a second location, as long as they use the InteliWorx/Bevinco Management solution service at the location.

WHAT IS INVOLVED TO INSTALL THIS SERVICE?

It’s easy! The BarEx media team should have already determined what setup is best suited for your equipment (determined through the hardware survey you completed). Within a 1-2 hour install, the media system will be up and running, ready for your use.
