I SEE THE BANNERS/ADS BUT THE TV RECEPTION IS NOT COMING THROUGH. WHAT
DO I DO?
If you are finding that you see your banner ads and the advertisements through the AD window are playing, however you do not see a TV feed coming through, this is easily corrected.
I’VE HEARD IMAGES WITHOUT MOVEMENT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO MY TV’S,
IS THIS TRUE AND IF SO, HOW DO YOU REMEDY THIS ISSUE?
This is true. Static or non-moving images can cause “screen burn in” which essentially leaves a “shadow or ghosting” of the image that was still long enough to leave an imprint. To counter this, Bevinco Media flips or reverses the layout every couple hours. This ensures all sides of the TV are producing moving images, at several different times, throughout the day.
Reversing the layout ensures that a “static” or “non-moving” images do not reside in a single spot for an excessive amount of time, therefore reducing the potential for damage.
HOW DO I TURN THE MEDIA SYSTEM OFF TO WATCH TELEVISION IN FULL SCREEN?
This is easily accomplished by changing the input of the TVs to another source. Cycle through the inputs your TV has available to the input your main cable feed is fed to.
Example:BAREX media is connected to the “Video 1” input of your television. The cable is being received through “Video 2”. Cycle through your televisions inputs until the desired input is selected.
